Incomplete and broken. This is the story of my life.
When my brain broke, or probably more accurately about 6 months later when things got worse, the bit in my brain that deals with language and communication got hit badly.
I’m in an odd place. I have higher highs, lower lows, and less capacity to predict and manage.
Having reached the bottom of the barrel in terms of my options, I finally gave in and agreed to botox treatment.
I just have to play the long game, be patient and pray this migraine attack will break.
It has been two years today since I was carted off to hospital with the left side of my body numb.
There are some stark realities looming. It’s time to decide what’s important.

My right foot has been permanently numb since the second brain break in July last year – so basically a full year. And in the last week or so, it’s started to wake up.
